I'm looking for someone who has access to a circle jig that can make me some MDF rings.

Anyone? Going price on websites seems to be about $8 plus shipping for what I need. I'm of course willing to pay but I know mdf doesn't cost that much :)

Yeah, I can pretty much make sawdust outta anything,,,, what kinda quantity and sizes are you looking at?? It's not the material costs, but the time and mess involved, but $8 seems reasonable ;)

It is reasonable.. Just being cheap. I have the scraps just no circle jig/router whatever. I'm not going to cut them with a jigsaw :)

I need 1 with an inner diameter 9 3/16" and an outer of 10 3/4

and another with and inner of 10 1/4 and outer of 10 3/4

out of 3/4 mdf

I got a roto-zip that can do that. Not to steal any thunder from Can Trac, Jacob, I have a roto-zip that can cut those easy. If interested, we can smooth out the details via email.

For 2 pces., it wouldn't be worthwhile shipping from Canada...

Like Caymen says, a roto-zip with a circle cutter works great and he's probably closer.

fwiw, a roto-zip can be had for about $60 at home depot if'n you're gonna be needed a few more of them in the future...

Ultimatly I plan to have a router. Right at this time it's not going to happen. I'm hoping this project works out well. Some of the members might already know what it's for, but I'm not going to let the cat out yet :p

Caymen you have email.
