Worth it or nah?

Looking into buy this '09 Adrenalin for 12k. I'm from the desert so I'm not use to seeing this.

How bad is it? Should I pass or pull the trigger?

Yeah, frame doesn't look too bad. Got any more body pics?....hard to tell if that is rust or slush.

I've decided to pass on it. It's out of Buffalo NY so it's probably for the best.
