Since I had the TSB done on my tranny yesterday, I guess I will have to reload the stock program into my x-cal. Correct?

I don't know if that can be done, BUT YES if you did not flash the truck back to stock before getting the TSB you will overwrite the new flash TSB from the dealer and loose it...
IF you flashed back to stock, then go as normal and it will load the stock tune..
