A/C works great, for a time, then struggles.2010 Adrenalin well maintained, looks new 100,000 miles

Sounds like a clog orifice tube . Not expensive and not hard to remove and replace. Will have the empty Freon and store it and recharge unit back with Freon when finished.

    Gas Mileage

Thanks Kmartin , Wow I have so many friends driving without Cats. I have been here in Florida for over 20 years and know of Mustangs, Corvettes, Pickups and whole other bunch driving without them without any problems. But I do not want to have problems with the Sport Trac Computer or any Check...

    Gas Mileage

Thank you Marijualan , Wow 6 cats . I wonder how can I get those removed and if I do would I get a check engine light . I live in Florida and have heard that many people get the catalytic converters removed which improve horsepower and gas mileage here in Florida is legal to remove them. Thank...

Hi Powly I purchased an led light strip from Amazon it was like $16 - $19 I don't recall. They offered 2 sizes and I be purchased the smaller which covers my tailgate. The wiring was pretty easy and I used only the glue strip which is already glued to the strip . It works fine and gives allot of...

    Is this normal MPG??

Mr. Rick Merlín at least you are getting about 15 MPG. I’m only getting between 4 to 7 and believe I’m not exaggerating ! But your Ford Explorer Sport Trac is not big but weighs 4000 pounds empty for a small 4.0 V6 to power. In the upside it is very comfortable , Sharp, and has accessories for a...

    Gasoline Mileage

    Gasoline Mileage

Thank you Evox . I park my Explorer Sport Trac inside a closed garage and sometimes it is park for 4 to 5 days without moving and no gas smell at all. I will have the fuel injectors checked and see how hard it is to locate and change the O2 sensor. I have allot of tools and have a socket set...
