CEL is back on again.....same codes , should I have got a Ford/Motorcraft sensor instead of an aftermarket one ??

Yep , you are right Cayman .......got one at Advance Auto for $33.16. Took all of 5 minutes to put 'er in. So far no CEL. Thanks again. TIM

Forgot to mention it is a 2002 with 66,000 miles ......all stock ,no mods .

The check engine light came on a few days ago......went to Autozone and had the codes read. Came up as code P401........he also said there was a secondary code of P1400. I did a search on the site and looks like everything points to the DPFE sensor . Am I "guessing" correctly ? Any input would...
