PatTracin I had mine sandblasted and then had them power coated. They look great.

Todd I really appreciate quick response. I checked the tubes and did'nt find anything loose or broken but in the last month or two the check fuel cap light has come on twice and I have just cleared it by disconnecting the battery. Do you think the cap could be bad.

CEL came on today when I started the ST :(. Went to auto zone and got a code P0455 saying emission control system leak (large). The ST seems to be running fine. Anybody have any ideas. TIA Mike

I had mine sandblasted and power coated black for $120.00 and they look great. I was gonna have them done with the bedliner stuff but I saw some done like that and they looked horrible. If you've ever seen a bed with the spray in liner thats had any kind of dirt in it it's hard to get it clean...

I keep a valve stem needle valve removal tool on my key chain just for people like that. I don't do just one either I make sure they have to call someone to come out and air up at least two of them. :lol: :lol: :lol:
