They sell Lift struts that are not the best. I would not go over 2-2.5 MAX and if you do you may need new upper arms for alignments. so 2" or your in deep. They sell strut spacers, TRUXX makes nice ones.
Or maybe go with a small lift strut, I know it will raise the rear when not towing, but will sit flat when loaded, or the BEST is the new spring for the extra weight.
Air bags I dont think are made for these.
Fuel filter?
Air filter?
Dirty MAF?
Bad IAC motor?
When you did the intake did you do the injector seals ??
Ignition coil?
Check the PCV elbow UNDER the throttle body pass side, it cracks on the bottom and you can see it unless you take it off.
Mines been good for 2+ years.
The ONLY thing with the cheap shafts is the carrier bearing mount may not come with the studs in it. You may have to add bolts and nuts, OR i was able to cut the weld and hammer out the stud and swap it over to the dorman one. Easy,
Just ziptie the hoses to the elbow and ziptie it up. The oem parts are no where to be found other than a good junk yard.
Its a vent elbow. There was a TSB back in the day from ford about this coming apart and all the fix was zipties.
