Is just a clicking sound in front of cylinder 4. The Truck still drives. I will drive to the shop Monday and see what they say. I have 162000 miles. I am not sure if I should replace both timing chains or get one new, used or rebuild engine.

I got my Trac almost 2.5 years ago and the 4x4 never worked. Now i start troubleshoothing. First i will check if the module is working, so i looked in all Forums and my is not in the glovebox, is left side behind the Radio. See Pictures. Did somebody know how i can test the Module?

ok, i checked again very close and it it's the valve cover. Since is it the passenger site i may do it my self. Did you guys ever buy one new valve cover or just replace the gasked. I see complet sets on amazon.
that's what i try to figure out. When i was in the Shop and the did all the work, the replaced the Driver site valve cover. And the Struts, control arm etc. The valve cover gasket was 600 Dollar. I am still have the small paddle oil under the trac each day. Now i try to figure out where is comes...
Did somebody know if i can tie the wires to on plug what fits the new Brake light? Or did i need to send it back. I am pretty sure i can find the plug, just need to know where the wire go.
After 2 years driving and small repairing my 2002 Sport Trac, I finally did the front work. Got new lower ball joints, control arm, new shocks, new fuel pump and new tire with alignment.
What a difference in driving.
