Replaced the originals with Motorcraft plugs and wires at 90K, and just did them again at 204K. Would not use anything else!

Yes, I replaced the PCV about a week ago and thought that setup with the heater loop was a little weird. I'll check again, but no leak when I originally installed. The leak I have started before PCV replacement, and is slowly getting worse. Focusing on that lower thermostat housing.

Upon further investigation (with the flashlight!), it appears that the leak is from the back of the engine, dripping down onto the exhaust pipe. What would that be?

Replaced fan clutch with one from NAPA. Perfect! Roaring gone, HP returned! All good at 205K!!

These trucks go through ball joints like crazy for some reason. I have 203K on my 2002. Since original, have replaced twice.

Squeak went away over time - I think you are exactly right with coolant on the belt!

We couldn't get ours off with the 2 ton press.........Had to use the 4 ton!!
