How are you bleeding the brakes? Old school pump the pedal, or a power bleeder? Micro bubbles of air easily get trapped in abs modules. Or air trapped between chambers in the master cylinder? There is a processing/amplifier unit in the passenger kick panel area on the factory equipt models with the navi unit. Does yours have this? Not sure exactly what it's function(s) are, but somewhere to start..... I have upgraded the head unit, ut from the factory navi unit to aftermarket.

Replaced all of the gauge cluster bulbs yesterday. Looking into putting heated mirrors in, and maybe wiper de-icer elements, and a defroster on the back window of the bed cap. Very handy things here in Canada.
