Well it looks like I'm going to do the timing chain & tensioner replacement. My dealer quoted me around $750.00 parts and labor, which doesn't sound too bad. The worst part is that with 57k mi on a 2001. It's way out of warranty. Any feedback?

I can hear a click from the front end/wheels as I am putting the truck into drive, it will also do this if you rock the truck back and forth when it's parked. It seems to be happening on both sides.
