Exactly, it usually takes about 24 hours of sitting for the noise to reset. Now that cooler weather is coming to the mid-Atlantic area it will be interesting to see if the noise continues. If I get any help from Ford I’ll pass it on to you.

Has anyone noticed the A/C compressor on the S/T makes a loud crashing sound when starting the engine? This occurs even when the A/C switched are in the off position. The Ford dealer is clueless as to what is causing the compressor to sound off. Any help or suggestions?
