thanks guys...i think i'm gonna take my truck to the dealership and have them run the diagnostic test just so they can tell me exactly what's wrong and then i'll order the part and go from there....what a fair price for the module and the motor?

just tried tapping on the motor and nothing happened....so does that mean the module is bad then? called the dealership they said either module or motor...but it's gonna cost 75 bucks just for them to run the diagnostic...should i just try to find a used module at the junkyard or order a new one...

you mean the module behind the passenger kick panel right?

got 2-3 inches of snow in ohio today and i went to put my trac in 4wd and nothing happened...it's an 02 and 4wheel high or low don't work...from what i've read it's probably either the module or motor....i saw the picture todd z posted but i can't find the motor so i can tap with a mallet and...

yeah i have the new ones on....i might go get my old ones turned and see if that helps...i don't think it's anything with my tires b/c the trac would vibrate all the time...it only vibrates when i brake

1st i changed the pads....but got a bad squeak that was constant and annoying...finely realized it was because the stock pads are smaller than the rotor and had created a lip around the outside of the rotor...so i change the rotors...i would brake at 60mph and would get this terrible vibration...

of course bush won't get reelected....a president can only serve two consectutive terms

i'm having the same problem on my 02 trac...and i also just changed the pads and the rotors...so should i just open up the bleeders and force out all the fluid and put new brake fluid in? i think i may have forced the pistons back in too fast or hard because at one point a little brake fluid...

yeah that's the cursed thing....it's a electric and has moving parts next to the wires...terrible engineering...have any of you guys ever filed complaints with the bbb?

i'm wondering if any other sport trac'ers out there have bought one of these? i've had my weider platinum 800 crossbar since december 04 and it's probably only work 1/2 of the time...i purchased mine directly off ebay from the manufacter icon fitness, i'm having a repair man come out one more...
