i'm wondering if any other sport trac'ers out there have bought one of these? i've had my weider platinum 800 crossbar since december 04 and it's probably only work 1/2 of the time...i purchased mine directly off ebay from the manufacter icon fitness, i'm having a repair man come out one more time and if it breaks again i think i'll be calling them and demanding a refund and i'll be calling the better business bureau...well that's for reading my rant.....has anyone else had success getting a refund from a crappy company? - Pissed off in Ohio

yeah that's the cursed thing....it's a electric and has moving parts next to the wires...terrible engineering...have any of you guys ever filed complaints with the bbb?
