Well, I actually required a whole new differential (front). Quite expensive!! this one better last a while!! :angry:

could also just be a bad plug where it plugs to transmission, After having my tranny replaced same thing happened to me, i was told the inside of the plug can get corroded and not work!! Good luck hope for that!!

Not 2wd, it is 4wd, and the problem is the front axle, I was thinkingh the transfer case or whatever kind of front differential there is. I don't even pretend to know a lot about it. I'm guessing axle seal type thing, but not sure, that's why I was asking for help Dan

How much does that go for, it would be great for our camping trips!!

Sorry about that, How could I leave out that detail!!! Its the front axle, Passenger side and it is 4X4, I"m hoping it isn't going to cost me an arm and a leg to fix!!! Let me know what y'all think
