My 2004 did the same thing but it was the Harmonic Balancer. Just a suggestion
Most likely stabilizer links on front. Common issue. Lift truck by frame and see if there is a gap in them. Just google it and there should be a video online
Can not see your roof rack but if you have cross bars installed that could be the issue. I put a air dam on mine and whistle went away
