1 1/4 inch shackles

I'm looking into doing the TT and Shackle lift to my truck. I was looking at putting on the 1 1/4" shackles. My question is, do I need to get the longer adjustment bolt for the front for when I get it aligned? I may not raise the front as much as the back but will raise it probably enough to have to get it realigned. Thanks.

No, it can be adjusted up enough with the stock bolts.

excuse the stupid quesiton, but myself not being very mechanically inclined, where would be the best place to get a shackle lift done - seeing as i probably couldn't do it myself. Thanks.
