I would program them prior to shipment. Blank they wouldn't do much good ya know !

What functionality do these not have compared to the current model? If I am not mistaken, the current model holds 3 programs also.
 
will these work on teh 2008 V8 Sport-trac? If so what do you need from me as far as info: Computer seriel number, mods, etc.



I haev been trying to get Bamachips to reply to my emails but they must be busy!?

oh by the way....does anyone know where in the engine bay I need to look to get my "4 digit calibration code"? I did see a "DAP1" white sticker on teh silver box behind the airbox!?



I know on my 2004 ST it was on the back firewall.....not sure on this 08 V8 truck though!?

This also holds 3 custom files that I build and program to it. It is a flasher only.

No this does not support the 08 You need an X3 or Livewire for that application

the only down fall to xcal 1 is that the 1 only dose tunning wont check codes and reset codes like the xcall 2-3 will do so if any thing happens you have to pay to see what codes have happened



hence i am waiting for the a xcall2-3
 
Incorrect. I can program the correct RPM for the tires that you want you run before i ship the unit and have it set correctly.

Thanks for the replys.....now I understand that the xcal1 is ONLY a flasher and can not read/pull codes. Looks like I just missed out on a good deal on an xcal2......



What are the differences between the xcal2 and 3 (other than the 3 being the latest version)? I assume that both hold 3 custom files and both can be used to pull codes.
