I have been trying to find info on body and or suspension lift for the 2007. I know that the newest year they make a kit for is 2005. I'm sure someone addressed this already. So I don't mean to beat a dead horse here. But I guess I'll have to in order to get this info I need.

I wanted to know if anyone has done a lift on a Gen 2 model yet. Any info I can get would be great.

I'm looking to do a 2" lift on mine so I can get 32's under it.

Thank you.

none yet...

axles go through the frame so forget suspension lift, no one has a body lift.

i do recall something about possibly someone doing a leveling lift on theirs, try a search;)

There is a guy on cardomain that has a 2" lift on his '08 Adrenalin. I think he used spacers to get the results!?

I'm really only interested in doing a 2" body lift. I wonder if a 2005 kit would work. Or if maybe a standard Explorer would work. Anyone know the answer to that one?

It looks like he used the Front only kit for the F150 and leveled the truck out.....

He may have done something in the back, But the truck and tire/rim combo can be throwing off the look and making it look higher then it really is..

www.roadbully-offroad.com makes a suspension lift for 02-up Explorers.

Body lift: Most people use a body lift designed for Rangers

here is a post on that with pics: http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=219234

That looks stupid on an STA. It's like lifting a mustang.

It would look higher on a reg ST without the lower ground effects. Kind of a waste of money lifting an Adrenalin pkg lol. It's probably not very safe being that there is such little room to lift / lower these.

shaun.t,

I understand what you're saying. Why buy the Adrenalin package though? If you're going for the offroad look/function the STA doesn't have a low 4x4 range and the trim hangs lower on the STA. It's completely counter productive to the lift. The STA is build to look like a street machine. So if you don't want the ST to look like a race car, probably shouldn't spend the $2995 on the Adrenalin package.

This is the only gen2 STA I've ever seen "lifted."

Hmm good points. Its too bad that the Adren doesn't come with 4x4 > I forgot about that..

Still, some like their trucks high, and some like them low :)
