2007 oil filter

since i hit 1,000 miles this weekend i decided to change the stock oil and filter. Never mind the fact that the filter is hard to reach, it was definately over tight. I fought with this thing for over half an hour. I had to remove the plastic splash guard installed under the filter to finally get a good grip and even with that it was tough.

Nope, it was all white- no letters or numbers. Oh and it's not the FL1A like the old ST. It's now the 820LS.

The old ST wasn't FL1A. It's also an FL820S. Both my '02 and my '04 ST's use the FL820S.

Actually, the 2001 Job 1 engine used the FL1A filter. The 2001 Job 2 to 2005 Job 2 used the FL820S filter.

Ohhhhhhhh I didn't know only the job 1 used the FL1a. I learn something new every day. I can go back to bed now.
