2007 Torsion Bar Twist

Does the torsion bar twist work on the 2007 model Sport Tracs? I am looking at some new wheels with BFG All-Terrain 245/75/17 (31.6") tires, and am worried about rubbing... Any thoughts? Would a lift of the front end even be necessary? Thanks!

The 2007 Tracs are coil-over on all 4 wheels. No torsion bars.
