2007 vs 2008

Hi All,

I'm considering trading in my 2002 ST for a new one.

1) Is there a difference between the 07's and the 08's?

2) Any recomendations or thoughts of what's good and not so good when it comes to the new STs? I'm don't need a V-8 and not a big fan of the Adrenaline.

3) Should I spend the extra money and get a King Ranch?

This is without any back up, but my theory was always never to buy the first year of a new model and go for the following year. Let them fix some of the bugs they find with the initial year...

I'd go with the 08.

They did fix a big pet peeve....teh Fuel door now has a hook to hang your Fuel Cap!! hahaha

Small thing...but hey at least they are learning! Shows you they do make little improvements from year to year!!

The differences I have seen are: steering audio control standard: power rear glass standard: they changed the console in the Explorer--not sure if they did on the ST. Only small changes from what I see. There are some nice promotions that I believe end Feb 29th. Dealer stock only. The 07 ST was a year after the 06 Explorer redo, so I'm not too concerned about bugs...

If you get a job3 '07, it's identical to the '08, except for the audio input jack in the console.

There is no King Ranch package for the ST. That's only available on the F-Series trucks and the Expedition.

That's too bad, because I think a King Ranch edition ST would be sweet.
