2010 winter classic - NHL hockey

anyone watch the NHL winter classic today.

really cool, outdoor game at fenway park before 38K fans on new years day. and a good game it was. bruins beat the flyers in OT 2-1. the game was tied by the bruins with less then 2 minutes left in regulation.

the NHL should have a few more of these :smile0006:

I love the winter classic, but completely forgot about it this year. They didn't really do as much marketing up here (north of the border) for it this year. We are more concerned about the World Juniors and the selection of our Olympic Hockey team.



BUT I do love the outdoor classic games - cold for everyone involved, but lots and lots of fun. I really enjoyed the Canadiens/Oilers match-up the first year they did it.
