So far I've been impressed by the performance of the ATM's in the snow. Granted, I have less than 2,000 miles on them. They are a bit louder than the Michelin LTX M/S tires I replaced, and they seem to have a bit of tread walk at highway speeds, but the ATM's are quite a bit less expensive than the Michelins.
Ok, I've read till I'm slumping into the keyboard, but still have a couple questions. My oem tires are 255/70/16. I do mostly city driving, some highway.
So 265/75/16 may rub a little on a Gen1 without any lift - right? I'm looking at getting a set of Coopers M/S just regular radials, no heavy lugs.
No danger to tranny/rear end/ecm's by going with 265/75/16?
And I may lose a little low end torque by going with 265/75/16?
But probably no noticeable MPG difference?
I realize this is an old thread but any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
