4.0L mustang parts on 07 sport trac?

Hey guys i was wondering if the exhaust headers and such could be used on our 07 trucks with the 4.0. I know its the same motor but wasnt sure if the aftermarket parts would work?

You would have to get an adapter piece made to fit between the header and the y-pipe for the ST if you decided to use the stang headers. Besides that, I believe it would be a direct fit.
