4 high speed

My mom is headed up the mountain tomorrow and is worried about the road conditions, so I told her to take my ST and go in 4 high if the roads aren't all cleared yet. She has to take my little brother up for some minor I was wondering what cruising speed is ok in 4 high? She has to leave at 5:30am before the sun is up so is just worried about snow/ice before it warms up. I've used it going about 40mph but was wondering if faster speeds are ok?
