4X4 Module

My 4x4 stopped working earlier this week....and wouldn't it figure, we got snow. I've seen tons of posts about the 4x4 module going bad. My question is.....Is the relay part of the 4x4 module or is it a separate part number? If you buy the module, does it come with a new relay? Any guidance would be appreciated

The module is the little black box behind the passenger side kick panel. I replaced mine about a month or so ago. Go to a wreckers for it, I found one off of an ST that only had 7000 kms on it and it only cost 50.00. Try there first.
