6 disc radio

I need some help. I am in the process of changing my speakers and adding amp. Last night I removed the OEM 6 disc and reinstalled. While I was reinstall my fingers hit one of the cd butttons located at the top of the radio, I think the seek button, but not sure, the radio activated. The key was not in the ignition. When reinstalled I got a CD error, I tried ejecting CD's, the radio ejected one

only. If I try to load or unload it just CD error, cd full. This ST was built at factory with single disc and then up graded to 6 disc. I have extended warranty, It states radio is covered, but I am wondering if the build numberon the door is different from radio, if the dealer will repair? the other part is I know there was some information from Todd having repaired one of these units, anybody have feedback on repair proceedure?.

If covered even though you have changed it you will be good to go. I have owned two Tracs, the second one failed after I upgraded and Ford replaced it for free...
