I need some help. What is the proper proceedure for removing the OEM Pioneer 6 Disc Radiio. the last time I did it when I put in back in, I had CD error. The radio was replaced by dealer under warranty. Do I need to eject all CD's pior to removing power or leave them alone. Other then not tipping the radio or turning over it there a correct way. I need to remove it again to finish installing new amp, and do not want to get CD error massage again, I do not know what I would tell dealer.

Please let me know, I know someone out there has the answers

Go by a ford dealer and ask for a shipping bracket.Sometimes they will just give them away,I doubt it,but hey its worth a chance.I don't think they cost too much anyway.Better safe than sorry._Ron

remove the discs if you are going to be removing it and moving it around...bumping it while it is out will get the alignment messed up and cause the cd error
