Hey, so I have the frame ready to go, and I found someone to do the sewing for $100CAN... soooooooooo I have only 1 question left... the back peice, the big plastic peice... what did everyone do about this? I have the 60% one cut down to the right size, but you need the 2 ends, and I dont know how to join them together... any idea's would be great...

I was thinking to make it out of wood?

Thanks!

maybe try a metal strip 1 or 2 inches wide and epoxy it over the seam on the inside of the plastic cover. Or if you can find a thin sheet of plexiglass, you could epoxy a larger square piece inside of the cover to join the seams.

Make sure you use a hard core 2 part epoxy and let it cure a couple of days before you handle it.
