A/C problems

Ok heres the problem.



When I turn on my AC it works fine cold, etc. But it will not stay blowing out the center vents. It constantly cycles between the floor,defrost, center vents, and then it feels like it turns off. Even when I put it on Max AC it still does the same thing.



And when it starts up after driving, my windshield gets fogged up, like the heater is on



Anyone ever experience this type of issue? Or know what I might check myself?

check your vacuum lines under the hood... BTDT...
