about stock amp and sub

If I buy the stock amp and sub from the swap and sell and then bought the nessasery wire harness, like the one in the projects section, will it set up and work in my trac with my single cd headunit, i have a 2004 XLT if that helps.THANKS!

I do not think it will. I think you need to 6 CD head unit.



Someone else here knows for sure, I would bet on it.

Chris,

I believe the stock sub has dual voice coils. That may be something to consider when wiring one in. Also, if you are referring to my offer, the sub will need to be replaced. The OEM sub functions, it is just on the verge of failing.
