Hey guys found this and thought u guys would love to see it!

adrenaline concept some one made for sema

supercharged and aftermarket hood and well i think its gorgeous!

That isn't any of the official Ford concept Adrenalin trucks. I think it looks like garbage for only having 13,000 miles on it. I don't like the shaved door handles or the grill.

I do love the hood.

That's a sweet looking truck but not really impressed with it too much. This thing was built for SEMA but did it get into the show? Being someone that builds "Custom Vehicles" and goes to shows all over this truck has alot of bolt-on parts. They just used a hole saw and placed the aftermarket gauges in the dash, you can see the holes they cut for the center/right gauges are too big and they tried to use wood glue or something to hold them in place. I've seen Adrenalin's around here with the same body kit on them at the church cruise they have on Friday nights. Don't get me wrong I think it looks sweet and wouldn't mind toying around in it. I guess it takes alot to impress me anymore when it comes to show vehicles, escpecially ones that are built for SEMA. I enjoy being able to see all the hard work that goes into a custom vehicle. :supercool::driving::banana:

They didn't make the Adrenalin in '07 did they? Unlessssss they ordered an Adrenalin with 2007 interior (Including the doors). Why would you order without leather? Dont think you can get the Adrenalin with the base stereo... Analog Climate controls? Only has two line info centre in the inst. cluster and no controls in the center console. Fog lights removed? Moon Roof removed? Why does the rear have the cut out for the hitch but no hitch? Downgraded to a non power rear slider... For 200mi on it after the project was finished the cleanliness sure wasn't maintained... What SEMA was this built for lol? We should re-write the add for him.

:bwahaha:

Correct. Of the seven or so test mules that were built, only two are left. The others were destroyed. I spoke with John Clor of Ford Performance Group last summer about this, and he said the two surviving mules are sitting up at Ford HQ in Dearborn. And the other tell-tale sign about is that the real concept mules had the 2003-2004 SVT Cobra supercharged DOHC4.6L "Terminator" engine in them.

Nope. The Gen 2 Adrenalin package wasn't offered until 2008.

This seller's reserve is probably way too high. I seriously doubt he's going to get anywhere near what he's expecting in terms of price. Yes, he's put a lot of $$$ into the mods, looking at the interior, this is an XLT Trac. Cloth seats, no EATC, base stereo, etc. So unless he can show some sort of proof that this Trac was actually shown at SEMA, the mods really don't do much to enhance it's value - Unless he finds a buyer willing to pay of course.

Although Reaper did have a good idea about contacting the seller regarding the custom hood...

Someone should post a question on the eBay ad asking for the proof that it's a real Adrenalin /Concept or just a stock ST with a body kit, rims, and some other little do-dads Putin it. Ask for pics of this truck at SEMA and what year it was there. I think the truck looks real nice for a poser but shouldn't be listed as what they claim without proof. It's just as bad as a Camaro, Chevelle, etc. being sold as a Yenko, SS, Z28, etc. but is a base model car just cloned. :smack:

They don't say it's an adrenalin concept, they're calling it an Adrenalin Rush and state it was built for SEMA but they decided to sell it instead.

It also says that it includes a conversion to leather when you buy it.

I have seen this Trac and it is sweet, the first time I saw it I thought I was seeing things. He passed by our shop one morning and I saw him but I wasn't sure what I saw.

I spent the next 2 weeks every morning watching the road thinking I had to be mistaken, then there it was again.

The paint is a very unique looking color it almost looks white. This is actually an 07

Limited that he had modified by a local shop.

In another thread Doug (IceMan) mentioned a local guy that put a whipple on his Trac... this is it.

This thing really does look great in person.:love::haveabeer::driving:

I would love to see this in truck in person. Just to see the color in the sun light, my old '72 Nova had Silver Pearl paint on it, it looked awesome, it wasn't an easy paint job to do. :supercool::banana:

Looks like a great idea that ran out of money/steam or both about halfway through, now its 3 years behind and the factory trumped it by a mile. I'll take a factory adrenalin any day. I'm also suspicious that this is a Limited. Looking at the gauge work, I would be wary of the leather interior job offered....

Not sure I get what you're saying, I mean he has done extensive body work, lowered the Trac 2", replaced the heads on the engine to match the blower, regeared and added a posi-trac unit to the rearend, installed dual exhaust and had both the engine and tranny tuned.

He even did a good job on the tires and wheels.

All done proffessionally so what is the half that wasn't done? I probably would have gone a different direction with the gauges but I have seen this ride and it is sweet.

The hood is the best part. The Benspeed and BBR supercharger installs look much cleaner. The rest of the truck looks like it has a poor fit and finish. Especially the interior. If the rest of the trucks's workmanship is to the standard of those gauges....I wouldn't pay $15,000 for a cobble job like this. If we can see it in the pictures...it will be worse in person.

Sorry but other than the gauges and the fact that this truck is filthy in the pictures I really don't see your quality issues. The lines are consistent and straight, the creases and moldings seem to line up good. The interior looks fine other than maybe using the wrong material for the seats but the workmanship is there. Looks to me like pretty much everything on this Trac is custom made but done well.

we built to offer Ford Motor Co as an entry for SEMA
