Anyone know if the Adrenaline wheels are availible for purchase from Ford? If so does anyone know the cost or the part numbers? Thanks!

I wouldn't buy them from ford. You will end up paying more then a set of nice aftermarket wheels. If you want the wheels try a salvage yard or swap and sell.

The '04-'05 Adrenalin wheels are chrome.
The chrome exchange that Todd is referring to is through some e-Bay sellers. You buy a set if chromed rims identical to the ones you have, pay a deposit of around $450, and then ship your old rims to the seller who then refunds the deposit.
