Is anyone familiar with any brand of headunits that have the phone mute function similar to the factory Pioneer radios in our ST's?

I want to get a new headunit but I also want to keep my parrot Bluetooth capability.

Thanks

Chad

griff, that's "Attenuation" not auto mute. It'll just knock back the volume half way so if you get a phone call, you don't have to hit mute. I don't know of any with the bluetooth muting, but I haven't looked....

alot of head units have a mute button on the remote but not on the unit itself. I have also have hgead units wihere the ATT button mutes half way if pushed once and all the way if pushed twice.

Or you can get a deck like this, with bluetooth. My buddy has it and its synced up, when someone calls the music turns off and the converstaion can be played over the speakers with a mic mounted in your visor. the caller diaply show up on the head unit as well. As soon as you are done your conversation the music starts up again.

Thanks Big D

That is exactly what I am looking for.

I may have a Parrot Bluetooth setup for sale soon for an ST.

I know my Pioneer 6700 has some kind of mute but i have no idea how it works. The mute is under all the other settings when unit is 'off' like setting the clock.

the pioneer one works better, the sony player is no-where near as good
