Hugh~ I really like this newer Weber.:supercool: It uses propane to light the coals instead of using lighter fluid. Once the coals are hot (about 10 minutes), shut the propane off. I know there are some that like the ease and instant heat from a "gas" grill, but I prefer charcoal. After I started using it without lighter fluid, wow, what a difference the taste of everything is!
Bill~ I'm not a bacon aficionado, funny, but I have pork bacon usually with fried eggs. Use it instead of salt... ok, can't you all hear the bacon grease popping as you read this? lol ahhh, reminiscing... to when I'd visit Grandma's house while she's doing that in a big ol' cast iron skillet!:love:
