Aim stock fog lights?

Anyone ever had to re-aim the stock fog lights. For whatever reason, one of mine is aimed really high...I'm hoping it's something I can do without a lot of disassembly, but if anyone has any experience, do tell.

The fog lights are held in place by three bolts. Are all three in place? Maybe one has come loose allowing the fog light to go out of alignment.

There is an adjustment screw. You can identify it because it has a spring around the screw.
