Air worked percfectly last year. This year blows hot air. I bought the r34 & gauge @ Pep Boys and tested the system. The gauge showed it was a little low so I put some in. Still no cold air. I guess I need to take it to the dealer?

IS the compressor kicking on and off???



IF not, start the truck, put the ac on high, fan on hight then jump the low pressure switch first to check the electrical. IF the compressor does come on then your just low and may have a leak..

Check for a loose vaccum hose, there's one under the glove box, and another near the coolant reservoir that come loose easy.



They're very thin rigid white tubes with rubbery elbow connectors.
