The easiest way to do it is to upload the pictures into your library on this site. Click the folder icon next to your name and this will take you into your library. You want to upload and choose the photos you want. You have to upload them 1 at a time but you will see them listed in your library folder after that. Then you can just link to the pictures when you are posting a message.
