I wanna buy 2 of these subs..

I have no idea what kind of amp I need for this. Like not a clue. I don't know how to read the info about an amp so can someone suggest an amp with enough watts or w/e to make these subs be as loud as possible?

Amps = Watts/Volts

You want a 2 ohm stable 2400 watt max amp. Or 0.5 ohm but that will be harder to find.

Are those subs a must have for you? I am asking because it is going to be difficult finding ample power for both with one amp for a fairly reasonable price. That, and it is difficult to find one amp that pushes out 600W in two channels. However, if price is not your first concern, then I would recommend buying two amps, each pushing out 600W and a high end capacitor as well, that is, if you have or can make the room for all that stuff. If you are just looking for some good thump, then I would go with subs that do not have such a high RMS rating and buying one amp that can supply two subs...Just my opinion, I hoped it helped.
