antenna not working

My radio doesn't pick up very good. It's plugged in at the back of the radio and on the fender. Is there a ground or something else in between?

Not an antenna ground. Can you give more info. What type of radio? Stock/aftermarket? If aftermarket who installed. Stock/other antenna?

It's probably the radio. It's just wearing out. I'd just go aftermarket.

I have used the stock and the aftermarket. Both have the same results. Barely picking up any signals.
