Looking for a good replacement antenna for my 07 that is shorter than OEM but has good reception. I had to shorten my 04 because of a low garage door and it worked OK but was wondering if anyone has found anthing new out there?

I bought a stainless steel one off ebay. Its worked fine and I haven't noticed any reception loss. My next door neighbor bought one from Auto Zone and says he can't tell any loss from it, but I've heard different form others. Maybe I just got lucky. Mine is more for looks anymore since I listen to Sirius all the time...

I bought a short hard rubber antenna from Advance for $5. They are $10 plus $5 shipping on ebay.

I got a pretty nice stainless one that was 14", but it was a universal, and the thread adapter wasn't stainless. Kinda made me mad.



Now, I have one that's just over 4", and it's powdercoated billet Al.
