anyone else going to the Ford Innivation Drive?

I got an invitation in the mail and I registered for it online. Its in NYC at Shea Stadium (parking lot, I assume). It's also taking place at other citys (check online for details).



If anyone is going to Shea on Saturday shoot me an email. I will be going in the afternoon, around 2pm or so.



I will be driving the new 2006 Explorer first then moving on to the new Mustang. If I can I will try to drive some of the other cars/trucks.



Is the '07 ST going to be based on the '06 Explorer?

From what I understand, the '07 ST is based on the '02-05 Explorer...I think...although the chat with GM in chat last nite thrown everything I know for a loop, so I'm not sure what I know anymore.

Is this real? I signed up (Houston), but I have to admit that my paranoid filters noticed a few things. Like they misspelled Sport Trac (they spelled it Track), and they included the Thunderbird, which I thought was being discontinued.



But I have a printed comnfirmation, so I guess we'll see.
