Anyone Have a Standard Home Lease Agreement?

I'm planning to rent my home in December, and am trying to find a lease agreement in Word format so I can have a good contract available for potential renters. Any help provided is very much appreciated.

You can't customize them but most Office Supply stores have generic copies for sale.

Just be careful to make sure you get a State-specific lease. I have a rental house and my lawyer was adamant about that for my protection.



Dont forget about Liability insurance also.
