I have to be in the US to view the site. 
I did a Wiki search. You play the movies through their software and their software only. The movies will expire. Some within a day, others within weeks or months. If you never get a chance to watch it and it expires, you lose it.
I guess there is a dot-com that is destined to fail.
I was hoping that I could upload the videos into my PMC and watch them later, but that is not the case.

I have it and use it to legally download movies to my laptop before going on trips. It is a little flaky though and there aren't a lot of the very newest movies unless you do the Pay per view stuff on top of the monthly.
