I just replaced both timing chain tensioners and now I have po304, 305,306, and p2197. Is it possible that it could have jumped timing and bent the valves ? It has almost 140K miles on it

Sadly this can happen, If you don't prime them or the chains are slacked or the guides broken and the new tensioner pushes better on it, Bang..... Or something is not plugged back in or wire pinched when you did the front one.
