hey whats the cover on your third brake light or are those LEDs? it looks sweet id be interested in buying one...where did you get whatever it is, and is it legal?

It's a cover, available on eBay. I painted it, and the brake light around it black, so that brake light only shines through the holes in the cover. Looks sweet at night.
