Anyone order from Crutchfield...

Has anyone ordered from Crutchfield and received the customized 'Master Sheets' for an '04 ST? I am about to start my stereo install and wanted to know if the 'sheets' are of any value before I begin. I have some experience with installing, but sometimes these sheets will help with some smaller details as far as the best way to remove door panels, speaker grills, dash, etc...

I order from them all the time. The sheets are somewhat generic but the suport help is the best.

I too have ordered from Crutchfield and agree with HO, great customer support. As for the master sheets, last time I called they did not have one for at least my 05 ST. But the rep did walk me through what I needed to know. Do you have a specific question you're wanting answered? Maybe I or another member can help you out.

You can check out the projects section for some detailed instructions on how to remove the door panels and install some speakers.
