Some seals can be bought, with a few thousdanth's Smaller ID. Not sure if they make one for the 4.0L. Purpose is to fill in the wear spot on the pully surface. From the old seal.

I have been told that there maybe seals that slightly relocate. The location of the sealing area, on the hub also. Saves from buying a new pulley. When there is excessive wear.
