I have installed new speakers all around in the doors. All wiring has been checked and double checked. Now the problem: If I have the rear windows up and turn on the radio then roll the rear windows down all is fine and dandy. If when the windows are down and I have to shut off the vehicle like to run into a store or something when I restart the vehicle the speakers sound horrible like they are blown (rears Only). I have to roll the windows up and shut the car off and restart the stereo and all is back to normal. What gives, I do not believe it is a short in the wiring. It is some sort of weird electrical condition. Any ideas?

WOW! That's a new one. The only thing I can think of is if the speakers are touching any of the window bracketry when it is in the open position. Or if the bracket is pushing a wire into contact with metal. Why it wouldn't do that when it is initially put down I don't know.;)
